Regardless of the shipment’s weight and delivery location (in Estonia), shipping to parcel lockers is free for orders over 50 EUR. For orders up to 49.99 EUR (incl. 49.99), the delivery fee is either 2.99 EUR for parcel locker service or 5 EUR for Omniva or Smartpost courier service.
In-store pickup
Service fee: 0 €
It is possible to pick up the ordered goods yourself from our stores. To do so, select “In-store pickup” as the transport method and either the Tartu or Tallinn store. Once you have received an SMS that your goods have been assembled, you can pick them up according to the store’s opening hours.
Omniva parcel locker
Service fee: 3.29 €
Omniva parcel lockers are located outdoors all over Estonia, so they are always open. A convenient way to order a package and receive it at any time. The parcel locker can accommodate a package with dimensions of 39x38x64cm. The package will be delivered to you within 4 working days at the latest. When the package arrives at the parcel locker, an SMS with the locker code will be sent to your phone.
Itella SmartPOST
Service fee: 2.59 €
Self-service Itella parcel lockers are located in stores across Estonia. The parcel locker can accommodate a package with dimensions of 60x60x60 cm. The package will be delivered to you within 4 working days at the latest. When the package arrives at the parcel locker, an SMS with the locker code will be sent to your phone.

DPD parcel locker

DPD parcel lockers are located near various institutions and shops across Estonia. The parcel locker can accommodate a package with dimensions of 37x40x60cm. The package will be delivered to you within 4 working days at the latest. When the package arrives at the parcel locker, an SMS with the locker code will be sent to your phone.

A convenient and fast way to order goods directly to your work or home. The courier will deliver your ordered goods to your door. The courier will call you before delivery to arrange a suitable time.
Delivery time
All orders placed on working days Mon-Fri, until 13:00, will reach you within 2-4 working days. If the order is placed on a weekend (between Friday 13:00 and Monday 9:00) or on a public holiday, the 2-4 day delivery time will start from 9:00 on the first working day following the weekend or public holiday.
