If for any reason the purchased goods are not suitable for the customer, it is possible to return them within 14 days of receiving the goods. Upon return, the customer will be offered a refund of the purchase amount or an exchange for another product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The returned goods must be in their original packaging with all markings. When returning the goods, please also include the purchase invoice that you received with the goods. The Customer will bear the cost of returning unsuitable goods (max. \u20ac10, V\u00d5S \u00a7194 lg 4). If the product to be returned has been spoiled or otherwise damaged, the Customer must compensate for the decrease in the product’s value. In the case of defective and\/or faulty products, the product will be exchanged or returned at the seller’s expense.
